Updating.....and New Smores Snowman Listings

Today has been a busy week. Hubby and I have been working really hard on updating my website. Hubby got it for me as a Christmas gift last year but we both never got around to actually updating it and fixing it up the way I wanted it to look and work. I have been wanting it to have categories like hats, sweaters, halters, seasonal, etc. And I wanted links to go to my blog, customer cuties, myspace, etsy, etc. So now we are both sitting down and working on it in the wee late to early hours of the night and morning! Hurray!!! It will look completely different than the layout it has right now, so stay tuned. ;)
Earlier on this week I also listed my Smores hat and leg warmers for En.core's Christmas Launch. This was a HUGE collaboration. Lise of Posharella made the dress. Would You Like To Hug A..........

Bear? I just finished this super cute brown bear hat for a customer of mine! I just love how it turned out and Zella has been carrying it around the house and hugging it and saying "Awwwwww!". I am going to have to make her one and add a cute little pink bow to the ear! ;)

Happy Fall

Happy Fall Everyone!! I just love fall time! The cool crisp mornings, the smell and beautiful colors of fall leaves, fall clothes, and bonfires where we can roast marshmallows and hot dogs! Mmmmmmmm Yummy!!

A Mouse Named Minnie And a Smores Snowman

What is up with that title you ask? LOL!!

Well Xiera modeled another really adorable 3-piece set for Jayne of Baby*Grace*Designs. The theme is Mickey and Minnie! I just love the knitted leggings and hoodie top!! So cute!



I also just finished a Snowman Hat with matching leg warmers to match the Moda Smores Fabric. I am pairing up with Lise of posharella who was formally known as lollipop*tots*1234. I really LOVE her new name change!! Here is a little sneak of the hat...and I just shipped it off today to be modeled so please stay tuned!

Trees Down and New Ebay Listings are Up

Last Sunday we had a terrible wind storm. The winds were so strong it knocked out a lot of folks' electricity. In fact when I went into town yesterday, there were several traffic lights not working still. We were one of the lucky ones since our electricity never went off, but I have a few friends who have been without electricity for over 3 days now! I saw that the wind blew vinyl siding and roof shingles off of many homes. And there were so many trees that were either broken or completely down. I have never seen anything like it! I took a few pictures yesterday of the giant tree in my neighbor's yard that was blown over roots and all!!

Bada*Blingg Tutu Costumes

Xiera and Zella LOVED modeling these adorable tutu costumes for Tawnya of Bada*Blingg. You can also read her blog HERE.
Xiera modeled the Witch Set! Her favorite part of the set is the furry little spider dangling on the tutu!



Zella made the cutest clown in this next set! The balloon props kept popping every time they hit the grass so that is why Zella is holding broken balloon remains!! LOL!

Hula Hooping Girl

Xiera has been Hula Hooping all morning to this video!! I think she has a new Idol! ;) I have to say I am a bit envious of her myself! Is there any hula hoop classes out there? I am ready to sign up with Xiera! Pause it right at 51 seconds! She is hula hooping on her right shoulder!!! CRAZINESS!!!

A Shower For A Sweet Baby To Be

I just adore Baby Showers! And what could be even more fun than a baby shower? Why a little girl baby shower of course!!! All the sweet little outfits, sleepers, booties, hats, bottles, lotions, baby products, sweet picture frames and the color Pink!!!! My Sister in Law, Jessie had her Baby Shower today. She is expecting a baby girl in December. She looked so adorable this evening. She has that mommy-to-be glow that I so dearly miss! Zella is going to have her very own partner in crime very soon!! ;)

I got her this BEAUTIFUL diaper bag with matching changing mat made by Stacy of Cloud Dust.

Isn't the fabric just YUMMY? I am going to have to get myself one of these very soon!!! Perhaps in a mommy purse size.....hmmmmmm.... :)
Jessie LOVED the Diaper Bag along with everyone else at the shower!! It was a HUGE hit!!

The Counting Game

Baby Grace Designs

A Butterfly Convention, and Sharing my Scarf Set

The girls and I were playing outside. We enjoy taking walks through our neighbor's 5 acres. Well we were walking along and were excited to see this!

Doesn't it look like they are all huddled together having some kind of butterfly convention? LOL!!
Thor the goat got out again!! He was wandering around and when he saw us, he thought he would come to say hi and then try to nibble on our clothes!!!

He has a face only his mother could love! ;)

Violin Hip Hop and McPheever

Okay has anyone heard of Nuttin But Stringz?
I just saw these guys on Jack's Big Music Show this morning and keep playing their Thunder song over and over again! It is AWESOME!!!! I guess they were on America's Got Talent too!! These 2 talented brothers ROCK!!!



I am such a fan of Katharine McPhee too, so you know I was so excited to hear her new Connected song on tv!

First Day

Yesterday Xiera had her first day of Preschool! She was so excited! I was a little nervous but was really happy for her. Since there isn't any children for her to play with because we live out in the country, I knew this would be great for her socially! She only goes twice a week for 2 1/2 hours. I was able to get caught up with a few chores and spend a little one on one with Zelly Belly and then it was time to go and get Miss Xiera from school. She was so excited to see us and had a lot of pretty little things she made to share with us. My little girl is getting so big! I am just so proud of her! I didn't get my camera back yet so I had to borrow my MIL's camera. I couldn't miss photographing this BIG day!
